Our Staff

The directors of the company are very 'hands on' and are involved in the running of the home on a day to day basis.

Both services have a Registered Manager and an Assistant Manager who are fully qualified with NVQ4's in Social Care and many years' experience in the care of the elderly.

The management is backed by a very good team of dedicated care assistants who are well trained to at least NVQ2 in social care or are working towards the qualification.

Staff are all carefully screened and checked with the Disclosure and Barring Service (previously called CRB).
